I win!!!

Yesterday have a competition with my friend jun wei..

A fight on Pasta!!!

it was evening 8 pm.. suddenly, jun wei suggest a cooking competition... i was like hmmmm alright.. let fight.. i never have a competition with him before..
now is the chance..

10pm is the time we have to present our dish... i was thinking and thinking.. looking at the ingredient they had.. chicken, beef, carrots, cucumbers.... then saw a fine spageitte.. hmmm thats it. i going to use.. cook?? ailo oilo?? tomato sauce? cream?? hmmm i think seriously... then my mind told to create a new pasta!! can`t use wat i done before...

is 830pm, still thinking and no answer.. jun wei knows wat to do alrealy... hmmmmm i can`t lose to him... then saw a pot oil there.. !!!!! yes i know!! i put a pot doing a special sauce.. call red wine asian sauce, onion, carrot, red wine, hoisi sauce...

then cook my pasta... make dry.. and mould it..... then deepfry it... and taste it Nice!!

then i reasile i need a meat item to compet it... i found prawns!! yes,, do skewer with it... prawns then sun dried tomato.. then prawn.... roll with my left over pasta.. and fried again...

10pm me and jun wei was like rushing all the way... throw pan, big fire... plating everythin... our judge is the bartener... here he comes.... and taste our food..
he taste mine and never said anything... then jun wei ....
his dish called pasta with 2 sauce.. mine golden pasta with asian sauce!!!

Poor me

Haiz~~ another week off.... mean i going get less pay...

How to surive... my bike insurance is coming,$400 plus... haiz~~

Guess have to find another extra job..

time is hard, because of chinese 7th month, too few functions, so i have to rest for a week,

i miscalculate my pay,too much things bike installment, fuel, hp bills, school fee, household, life insurance, expenses.. too many things for myself to handle.. .. make myself suffer.. a week off mean a week horror... i wan to work!!!!

Jian Yu going to brunei for six months.. so last wed, have a outing.. have dinner together... then beers!! at liquid kitchen..
